Delete Your Account & Data

Two Ways to Delete
Option 1: In the app (instant)
Log in, go to Settings → Privacy, scroll to the bottom, and click "Delete Account". You'll confirm twice, then your account and all associated data are removed immediately.
Option 2: By email (within 30 days)
Email [email protected] with the subject "Account Deletion Request" from the email address on your account. We'll delete everything within 30 days and confirm when it's done.
What Gets Deleted
Everything tied to your account: your profile and login credentials, collection and watchlist data, price alerts, scanned card images and scan history, dealer inventory (if any), AI chat history, and notification preferences. Stripe retains payment records separately under its own legal obligations as a payment processor. If you connected an eBay account, stored eBay tokens are removed too.

Deletion is permanent. Your collection data, watchlists, and scans cannot be recovered afterward. Any active subscription is canceled automatically.
